Can I put my own message on the card?
No. The text is printed at the factory and there is no personalization option on any of these listings. Two workarounds get used constantly: write on the back of the printed card, or fold your own note and slide it under the foam insert. Neither costs anything and both survive the trip.
Is the jewelry engraved?
A few pieces carry a short engraved line on the bar or the inside of a cuff, and those listings say so. The long message always lives on the card, not on the metal. If you specifically want engraving with your own words, this range is not the right one.
Will it turn skin green?
Not on the steel pieces, which are 316L surgical grade and hypoallergenic. Gold-plated pieces here also sit on a steel core rather than brass, which is the usual cause of green marks. If someone has reacted to costume jewelry before, steel is the safe pick.
Can it be worn in the shower or the pool?
Steel and plated steel, yes, both are sold as waterproof. Sterling silver should come off before a chlorinated pool because chlorine accelerates tarnish. More detail on the metals and care page.
How do I know it will fit?
Almost everything adjusts. Men's bracelets are 8 inches with a 1 inch extender, women's adjust between 6.5 and 8 inches, women's necklaces are 16 inches with a 2 to 3 inch extender. The sizing guide has the full set of numbers.
Who ships the order?
The retailer does. Once you open a listing, checkout, delivery, tracking and returns all run through their system with the same shipping options and return window as anything else you buy there.
Are the prices here live?
They are current as of the last refresh, which happens on a schedule rather than in real time. Treat our number as close and the listing's number as the one you pay.
